organized Environment Improvisation series performances Here It Is since 2009.

Explore endlessly in performing techniques with the using of improvisation and non-traditional playing skills incorporated elements of free jazz, noise, psychedelic and drone music to produce provoking sounds that push the boundaries of what is possible on guitar, and by endeavor to expand the definition and contexts of free improvisation to a compelling spiritual and physical experience especially with the initiative “environment improvisation”.
Gained recognition in global experimental music scene. Zbigniew Karkowski called him “the best noise artist in China.” The Wire magazine wrote that “He has been one of the driving forces behind the Chinese experimental music scene, and his music is marked by its uncompromising approach to sound and texture.” The Book of Seth commented the album Go Back to Sirius as “light years (figuratively AND literally) ahead of anything calling itself ‘psychedelic’ nowadays.”
Collaborated with a variety of artists and musicians around the world. Toured and performed globally, being invited to perform on music festivals and art events. Released over 30 solo albums, 10 band albums, over 40 compilations and remix albums in labels around the world.
